You are so good at adjusting .👍😊

Ditto what Liv said. Remember, most people eat EVERY day! I'm aiming for moderation.

@Fritzy 22 - I am gonna 'gain' during this 'eating period'. I wish I could 'moderate' but, it just hasn't worked for me. I-Just-can't-do-it. Rather than give up (like most people do), I 'adjusted'. So I have periods of 'fasting'.

You know what works for you and you are consistent with your plan! I am trying to ultimately get to the place where I can eat what I want but much less of it. And also to get to the place where I don't WANT to eat some of my "binge" foods.

Yes, like Fritzy said most of us eat every day. I'd rather moderate how much I eat each day than go even one day without eating. Even on "splurge" days for special occasions....like a Tues. 😉....I manage to recoup within a few days. But, to each his own.

@Fritzy 22 - I totally understand and that was my goal also. However, when I was 49 years old and had been obese for nearly 30 years I had to either make a change or die from diabetes - - anyway, the test for me is simple "Can you moderate?" If you can, great!. If you can't, and you are *literally dieing* like I was when I was 240+ pounds, it is time to do something different :) For me, that will be fasting again when "Thanksgiving" is over Haha!

At first I thought it was a misprint, eating 5 days in a Row!!!

@jenjabba, @srossca - Yeahhh... I can gain 12lbs+ in 5 days... There is a break in the rain so I will try to do a 7 mile run. That should help suppress my appetite...
