I'm surprised, almost nothing up scale-wise and it's special days that I love so much. Meh.
Another gallery of my lunches at work:
1) salad (avocado, tomatoes, smoked salmon, champignons, almonds, ricotta).
2) crispy galettes, ricotta, avocado, shrimps.
For dessert: skyr, walnuts, granola, red currant/plum
Around 800cal each.

And for dinner yesterday: broccoli/spinach/ricotta soup, salad (paprika, seafood, sweet onions, cucumbers). Caffeine-free espresso with a little bit if 80% dark chocolate.
Around 700cal. I don't count but I kinda have a built-in calorie calculator lol.

I'm going to heavily bacon this weekend for sure. To each prick their trick. Right? :D

Certainly that, Chris 🍻 most of my food is not in a box for sure 📦 something unknown to many, because it’s “convenient”. Signed: prick.

Chris, skyr is a kind of very thick yogurt, naturally poor in fat but high in protein, it's from Iceland. Compared to the Greek Yogust it has more protein and less fat. Both are full of carbs since it's dairy. You can easily buy an unflavoured version here while it's complicated in the US, they feel the urge to add colorants and sugars everywhere somehow. Galette is another way to call crispbread. I discovered this in Norway, it's tasty and feels better on my stomach than plain white bread.

Is skyr similar to quark? Because Quark where I'm from it's a veryyyyy thick heavy type yogurt
