Day 3 of a planned 3 days of eating

Ok now I am tired of eating 😊

I plan to do a run today and keep the carbs below 50.

Water fast planned for Monday and Tuesday…

@Erquiaga - Thank you for the kind wish :) However, at 51 years of age, I am just thankful I found a way out of obesity for nearly 2 years :)
