Really happy with that.

Ok, so that's the solid beginning I need. Most of it is water weight I am sure but it's fine, I feel far less bloated so that's a good thing.

Onwards!
124.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 34.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
