thanks for supporting me. I need to walk more. I was shopping and walking with my daughter for about three and a half hours; I wonder how many calories that is.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
