We're still reeling from the death of our dog Mocha. We are doing some things for comfort. Perhaps next week will be better. I didn't even dare weigh myself today.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
