Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating

Yesterday was ridiculous, I mean really an entire container of Haagen-Dazs Strawberry Ice Cream?

I am now motivated to only drink protein shakes during the day, even though it is a weekend eating day…

...and I plan to run...

@HardDaysKnight - With all this glycogen, I should go to the gym! But, just not 'mentally feeling it'. I am mentally feeling a 2 hour run with my headphones listening to music, so I will do that instead...

Is there something WRONG with eating Haagen-Dazs? If so, I am guilty, guilty, guilty . . . because no other ice cream measures up. Not even my home-made keto ice creams.

Those containers of Haagen-Dazs and Ben and Jerry are so small you almost have to it all, otherwise there is still some left for tomorrow!

I would have eaten Coffee Haagen-Dazs, my fav! At least strawberry is a fruit, right?

Once you start it's hard to stop :) Maybe you needed some calcium - at least that is always my excuse...lol Enjoy your run!!!!

Because you're the only one who's evr splurged on a whole tub of ice cream on a diet! We've all done it, or something similar. Stop beating yourself up about it. It's not an excuse to fail. It's momentum for a new push to be extra good. You can do this xx
