Thought the damage might of been far worse. But my positive mental attitude is that. Now I’m not starting at 83kg. I’m doing a fresh new start at 75.5 kg.
Just under 2 month I lost almost 9kg. Now a new goal is just to lose 5 kg. Still positive I’ll hit my goal cause I’ve put my work out today
75.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
