I haven't been exercising and I've been traveling and eating and drinking. Need to stay on track and get back on track with gym, bicycling & eating healthier and eating less! I have a love for bread and cake or sweets.... bad girl!! lol
70.3 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
