day 1 sbake diet fasting. went well. no real hunger the new recipe for snake juice is not bad with lemon. 3 # down . I feel good. had trouble sleeping .

88.5 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg. Still to go: 7.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A typo. Snake diet salt water fasting. Collin is s cussing wonder but he makes sense. I was stuck in my keto plan been approximately the same since july.
