Went from 88.6kg up to 93kg and felt so depressed and ashamed. Had to find the will to get back onto the waggon and start eating according to my diet plan and in a week I lost 5kg again so I am 88kg from 93kg. I guess those carbs/fat were not there to stay. Feeling good again, I will keep it up to reach my ultimate goal.
88 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I have not lost any weight in the past 2 weeks, whats your meal plan?

My diet plan is basically keto/banting. I avoid sugar in any shape and form, eat a good balance of fat, protein and fibre. This is the only thing that works for me to keep my full and losin weight. I do a bit of intermittent fasting but at most an 18 hour fast. I also run 5km twice a week. That's how I dropped the 5kg.

In my experience, 1km running gives me ~100g loss, so running only accounts to 400-500g loss for a day. The rest is honestly the eating plan. Avoiding carbs and sugar, and adding lots of fat is the key to keeping satisfied but losing. All the best.
