Good things are happening!
Things are crazy here, but I manage to stay on track by getting fruit trays and gnoshing on them all week. When I need and can take a break, I go get a veggie meal at the cafeteria. I've been cooking a lot to reduce the food we have stored so we don't have to move it. I make big casseroles (no boil baked ziti was AWESOME) that my husband and I eat for several meals. I'm plowing through the freezer...in a good way!
