Down a few pounds. I took my measurements again and I’m down to 30% body fat. Last workout day for the week. I’m resting, and visiting family this weekend. It’s my brothers birthday so I will try not to go overboard. 😊😎
105.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
