So I ended up binge eating last night, couldn't resist cake lol ate way too many nuts, I wasn't even hungry but bored..
I guess I got too excited about the Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Beta on PS4 😂😂
Weighed myself today and I've gained 4 pounds 😐 hopefully it's just my bloated stomach as it's happened before when I eat too much carbs..
I've been struggling to lose weight because of my various health conditions.
