@nikeit - I guess my new goal is to try to stay in the 160s for the entire week.

@ Lynemb - Thanks. Mostly it works because 'mentally' I get to 'let go' every weekend. It is a lot easier to 'act right' when you let yourself have anything-you-want *every weekend*.
