Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating

I start my ‘no solid food’ fast on Sunday nights so I usually plan to break the fast on Friday night (this gives me the 5 planned days). However, because I plan to eat that day, I sometimes start eating earlier.

Last week I ended up eating a Carl’s Jr. hamburger and fries for lunch then a huge dinner. So, last weekend I ate *epic* amounts of food and had a huge weight gain.

So far, this weekend, I am taking things slower…

😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

Your diet seems like a great way to maintain 🧘‍♀️ You just need a few heavy gym sessions to lose more... 🏋🏾‍♂️

Oh I was finally forced to use the smith machine yesterday. It was weird. I did not like it 🤷‍♀️ I gave up and just waited for the squat rack 🏋️‍♀️

@CrashtestDawnie - I plan to get back to the gym weekly in October. I have *crazy* work schedules right now 🥺 - - Yeah, if you are used to a Squat rack then yes a Smith Machine will feel way to weird for you... :)
