Don’t get it. Maybe I eat late last night! I did hit a lot of stress last night
76.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It could just be water retention, are you drinking enough water? I went back to work and gained 0.6kg in 4 days, then once I started drinking enough it all vanished quicker than I gained it.
