Looks good but we've been here before. Empty belly, empty bowel at this point. I'f I'm to stabilise at this weight then I think I need to go at least ten pounds lower. Feeling ok in myself for the time being so I'll carry on while it's not too cold. Haven't eaten at all, bar a few throat pastilles when I'm out singing, since last Sunday. As you can gues, my body's using its fat stores for nutrition. Plenty more to go :-)
123.4 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

your body will use muscle as well. what your doing is definitely not a good idea. check with your doctor please

I was worried as well. even with my low calories I'm still stuffed with what I am eating.

The correct nutrition is essential, and it doesn't sound like you're getting that. Get some medical advice on your diet, you don't want to do yourself any serious harm x

The body isn't going to use muscle it will need in preference to fat it won't need. I'm getting the nutrition I need from my fat stores.

Hey, you have to eat even if it's small amounts. I am professional athlete and I have just lost 1.5 kg in a week and a half. I have another 3.5 kg to go but I know I will get there eventually by sticking to my plan. If you go on an empty stomach you are likely to get ill.

Those of us who aren't athletes sometimes have spare skin we want to remove. Fasting is the only natural way to do that as your body will use the nutrients available from excess skin over and in preference to breaking down useful muscle.
