I'm on a bit of a diet slump. Part of this is that my husband and I have been eating out for lunch regularly, to soothe his hankerings for high calorie less healthy food triggered by his deteriorating physical condition. (He has a bad hip, can't get a date to get it fixed until early November.) Part of it is that the stress of dealing with him and my aging dogs has been the excuse for me to drink more alcohol calories. Between the two, the scale has shown it. It's not terrible, it's not irreversible. I just need to fix it. The good news is that I'm working out really hard, am stronger, and at least some of this weight is muscle weight.
57.9 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
