@Fritzy 22 - Yes! And I am thankful for the 'bounty' 😉. However, I plan to do a 7 mile run today. No reason eating *and* exercise cannot go together Haha

FRENCH FRIES 🍟🍟😂 oh my. your great at sticking to plans! today I was hungry, I over did it in keto ice cream, but dang it was good. I might fast tomorrow 👍

@srossca - Haha no it was throughout the day, I just don't like messing up my 'recently eaten' selection lists for breakfast, snack, and dinner so I put all 'one time meals' into lunch because I usually never eat that.

I do the same thing with the "recently eaten" part of the food log. I'll list the foods under whatever meal they show up in. I save lots of foods as "favorite meals' to add quickly. I have "2 tablespoons of chopped almonds" as a favorite meal so it's easy to enter when I have them.

@Fritzy 22 - Yes, it is a lot of 'work' to log *everything* you eat, so whatever makes it faster and easier is what I also do :)
