Weight looks better but I'm still only on .4 on the keto meter and this is day five of fasting. All I've had to eat is two chugs of pickle juice, electrolytes and multivitamins, creatine, d-aspartine and my throat pills when I'm singing. Oooh, a teeny after-brushing breath mint too, one a day. So you'd think really I'd be in ketosis by now :-(
127.0 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Did you test before taking your supplements? You most probably are in ketosis but sometimes meds and supplements can lower the readings.

I test first thing before taking anything.

Try testing two hours after taking the last supplement. Apparently sometimes you can get a low reading when you wake up due to being in the fasting state during sleep. Ketones also drop after after any type of physical activity according to some people. I guess everyone’s bodies are different. But I’m sure you’re in ketosis.
