Have been off the diet, eating and drinking as normal for 98 days.....a good summer but want to get back into healthy eating for my holiday in Lanzarote on the 20th October......back to fun and games but has been a good summer so it has been worth it....happy with the weight gain .....got to pay the piper at some point and he end of the summer is a good time to do that!
