Inquisitive question, how many calories per day allocated to eating, carbohydrates also how many grams😁

@Safa'a Lifestyle - Basically 20 carbs a day and less than 60 grams of Protein. For me, nothing else matters. For me, the Protein is a real issue because my body will convert 'excess protein' into glucose. But, if I keep those two macro levels I-will-lose-wight 👍🏾 I usually cannot consume more than 1500 calories when I do that and most days come in at around 1100 calories.
