Hit my intake macros for the day in about 10 hrs so effectively did a 10/14 IF. Going to stick with that for a bit as it fits my schedule better, or until I stop seeing results I suppose. :)
100.0 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
