Back on track and motivated. Ups and downs. Mostly just like the down part. Skipping dinner at work now - last meal is 1 cup of veg & 1 cup of berries with 1/4 cup of 0% yogurt. No food after 6pm. Will narrow my eating window down eventually - but this will do for now. Progress in muscle tone.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
