V8 drink for breakfast with slice of Bergen bread with peanut butter & marmite thenVegetarian patty 12inch Subway for lunch and Stir fried vegetables in a chineese sauce for dinner.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
