Forgot to weigh myself right when I woke up as I usually do. Went to the gym and ate afterwards so hopefully it balanced out between sweating and breakfast with 1/2 gallon of liquids. :)
100.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
