Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating
Last night I broke my fast with a McDonald’s double Quarter Pounder with cheese and fries. McDonald’s now uses fresh beef on their Quarter pounders and it was delicious. It is now my favorite hamburger. Better than In-and-Out hamburgers.
However, I woke up with the worst headache and ‘cloudy head’. I think I did not drink enough water after all those carbs yesterday and I am dehydrated. That is probably why the scale is not reflecting the weight gain that I should have right now.
I expect the scale will be up 3-4 pounds tomorrow…
