Big day today, I finally hit my goal weight! Smashed through it, in fact.

The community here, and journaling every meal, has made it possible. I can't express how happy I am to finally look like myself again!
72.3 kg Lost so far: 39.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
