Yesssss! I'm on my hol's and I've lost! Well happy with that. Limiting breads, pasta & other carb rich foods. According calorie loaded foods too, like cream sauces. Eating fresh & as organic as possible.
So happy this morning xxx 😁
85.3 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
