Day one of being 54 years old. I am up 25 pounds from last year at this time. I have made a goal for myself of walking 1 mile a day for one year. I would like to drop a total of 35 pounds. Good luck to me.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
