Yesterday was a bit emotional... This was the result of comfort eating 😬😕. Today I'm going into London, and sadly eating in a restaurant... so hopefully I can find something healthy haha.
55.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
