Day 3 of a planned 3 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Went to the 🏋🏾‍♂️ gym yesterday. Squats and deadlifts. In and out in only 30 minutes! 👍🏾😁

I have decided that I don't need to 'get bigger. I went a long time just 'getting stronger'. I can now deadlift and squat 275 (even fasted). It would take a lot more carbing up to ‘lift heavier’.

Carbing up' makes me fat. Yes there are people who can pull that off, but, as a guy who has spent their ENTIRE adult life OBESE I would have to be a idiot to ignore my numbers Haha!

😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

Those 1/2 a century or older, YOU, would benefit more by focusing on things that extend life. Fasting, running, lifting. Yeah, you are doing it right. Keep going!!!

@chesgreen - Yes. I am so thankful that I *can* lift at all (many people cannot). However, living a good long healthy life is my ultimate goal. Way more important than just trying to look good on the beach Haha! - - I just want to be able to easily climb stairs when I am 70+
