I really don’t understand...frustration is an understatement right now. Only difference is at the end of June I did start to walk faster on the treadmill. I’m not lifting weights yet, I’ve kept my calories the same..not sure if I need to eat more? Or eat less? I’m picky eater so my food doesn’t change lol

My weight stayed the same for 6 weeks and then the big drop happened. Hang in there. I understand your frustration.

Right now I’m walking at 3.0 30 minutes and 3.1 30 minutes incline on .5 for now. Every 8 times I walk at this I move it up. Just got back to 3mph I can’t jump into it to fast otherwise my body will be very mad lol I walked at 3mph 8 times and then I moved it up

Have you been eating the same amount of calories since you list that weight from the beginning ?

We all experience plateaus in out weight loss journey. Just for variety, can you walk outdoors instead of on the treadmill? The "real" world presents more challenges - hills, uneven pavement, etc - might help break the plateau.

Don't despair, our bodies move at their own rate. I kept losing and gaining the same 3 pounds all month even though I was eating at the same rate every day. I've finally beginning to have a steady weight loss again. I do this quit often, but when I look back, I've lost over 30 lbs in a little over 4 months. Not too bad. 😁

The weight listed was years ago...I lost weight, gained it back lol when I gained it back I stopped using the app but when I downloaded it again it had all my information from before. Having that emergency appendicitis back in September that didn’t help at all lol that’s why I haven’t gone overboard with workouts still letting my body heal but at the same time I gotta get it back in order lol I’ve been at 1500 calories since February or March of this year
