Day 1 of a planned 3 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Had a feast yesterday 😆

It will be interesting to see how much weight is gained. I think I would bounce back fast if I was able to 🏃🏾‍♂️ run or go to the 🏋🏾‍♂️ gym.

However, my work schedule won’t permit either 😢
