My Weigh Day:
Really peeved with this weigh in but I do feel swollen and think that maybe down to water retention & the extreme heat. I think I managed to drink over 3 litres of liquid yesterday. My fingers look like cocktail sausages.
Anyhoooo, I've got to finish packing for our 4 week trip to Ireland to visit family. I can't wait to get going. It's going to be a tuff trip for our dog, Max.
Have every intention on sticking to my meal plan when I'm gone, so hoping that I'll have 5lbs lost when I get back.

Have a lovely time away. My fingers and toes look like sausages as well. Too hot by far !!!

It was drizzly but cool when we arrived, perfect!
5k run in the morning, keeping my eye on the ball as best as I can.
