Started the Jim Stoppani “Showtime” program on Monday. It incorporates three 7-minute sessions of HIIT cardio along with medium-count supersets. It takes just over an hour at the gym and is a solid workout after coming out of his SS8 program. Watching the intake a bit more closely and doing more HIIT should be the ticket !
101.4 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
