Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

I didn’t run yesterday, and wont be able to run today 🥺
To make the ‘scale move’ I need to run 😢
Hopefully I will be able to run tomorrow… 🏃🏾‍♂️
