Okay so vacation and daughter home and not following plan equals weight gain. Today at 200# and getting back in the groove of things. Also, have had a muscle strain in my neck which has kind of limited me some on the exercise front. However, getting back in the groove. I can still ride the bike or something like that. Do leg machines. Oh yeah and also learned (like my mother and brother) diverticulitis can strike me. So not sure what my weight gain WAS because over the weekend I had a 48 hour fast of pretty much jello and yogurt and hot tea trying to heal my stomach. So won't be seeing nuts from me for quite some time. This week trying to keep it easy with continued jello, probiotic yogurt, hot tea with turmeric and maybe some soups or scrambled eggs. Have a great day!

So good to see you back. Tell me, when you go MIA like this.. am I supposed to nag you or just be patient until you return?

Thanks, ladies! Feel free to nag me Bella. It is good to be back. It has been a whirl wind. My daughter was home for two weeks; was wonderful having her home. Met up with my sister and her family, in Montana, and did some camping at Yellowstone. The issues are just a reminder to me to stay on the wagon and not stray! You know they say sugar is not good for diverticulitis...lol...we know sugar isn't good anyway, but I do NOT want to end up like my brother...he had to have his colon resectioned because his diverticulitis got so bad. I do not want to go down that path. So I will be diligent.
