Soooo fed up- despite really trying hard no movement this week- despair has set in -I so thought I had shed a few pounds but nope-😪
73.7 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 73.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A week is not a long time for your body to make changes. Instead of watching the scale maybe try taking pictures or measurements to see how your body is changing from month to month. Also take into account how you feel, a healthy diet should help you gain both a healthy body and mind. Don’t be discouraged by a number on a scale if you stick to eating well the results will soon show for you 😊
