hard and frustrating when I am fighting to stay in the 145 zone.. I am always cutting back, and am frustrated because I am mostly under 1050 calories. It seems I have to cut back to about 945 calories!! That is the amount in order to lose .
65.8 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
