Hi Gilly, I had a bit of time away from food logging. Just needed some time to reflect and refocus. Back at it now with a bit of a different outlook which will hopefully lead to same outcome 💪

Hey I’m new to this app I was wondering why it’s showing me I can have 2500 calories but the daily I should be having is 1200? X

You can change the calories yourself. The app told me 2450 I changed it to 1850 as my top goal so I can have bad days and still lose weight. I rarely go that high 2 times I think in 3 months. I have between 1200-1400 A day most days
