Exactly the same for me Jersey, i set off with all good hopes of losing weight and then fall foul of the local takeaway. We can but try, Work is so hard that when you get in you cannot be ar*** to look after yourself. I do have a room in the house that belongs to me called ' a kitchen' apparently if I look around it I will find all the good fruit and veg I buy everyweek , 'pretending' I will be good this week. But I bypass all that for the takeaway menu. I've said to the other half this as to stop 'no more takeaways even when I am spinning my head like the little lady out of the exorcist'. He says I'm scary when I'm hangry lol 😂🤣🤣😂🤣 Anyways I hope I have cheered you up and not bored you to death with the longest post ever but I'm glad your back and you have lots of my support x
