Well a bit of a gain but I expected it after eating out last night and figuring in my calories and carbs. Back to it today.
Fighting getting sick and I think I am losing...blah!
Did do some measurements today...first time I have measured since 12/10 so about 4 weeks. I have lost 3/4 of an inch from my chest (that is measuring around under my breasts), 1/4 inch lost from my waist, 1/4" lost from my thighs, a 1/4 inch lost from my calves.
Will be nice to not be sidetracked today by my well-meaning DH wanting to take me out to dinner....at least he didn't want to go to Chinese again (that is his favorite).

Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
