I have gained more, because food has become a passion, and an escape. My health and movability are on the line. I am going to fast for two days, and then change my eating habits. Will begin to walk in the mornings for at least 45 minutes. I must lose at least 30 pounds to feel like myself again.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
