Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Day 6 of 14 days of the "Challenge" with @SharonsVictory: No 'Binging' (more than 100 carbs) for two weeks

I decided to push things yesterday and consumed 1500 calories. I still lost a pound.
