Had a really naughty week last week but decided to treat myself a bit but thankfully didn't gain too much. Now time to get back onto the grind... I got this 💪
94.4 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
