Day 5 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Day 1 of 14 days of the "Challenge" with @SharonsVictory: No 'Binging' (more than 100 carbs) for two weeks

Yesterday @SharonsVictory wrote to me “maybe we should challenge each other to go two weeks without binging?”. I answered back “Wow, ok that would definitely get the job done :) Ok I'm in! No 'Binging' (more than 100 carbs) for two weeks!”. She hasn't answered back yet, but, I’m starting today!

My hope is to just not ‘dig the hole too deep’ during the weekend (when I eat). I always get a loss during the week when I am ‘no solid food’ fasting.

In past weekends I can do 200-300 carbs for multiple days in a row. If I can manage to cut that in half, and keep it under 100 carbs, that will definitely make a difference.

@Sharons Victory answered back on her journal that she is also in! However, for her the 'no binging' is 2000 calories. I will probably hit the same, but, for me the key is the carbs. If I go over 100 carbs I am definately going over 2,000 caloroes...
