Adefwebserver - Me too. I am on day 5 of a 6-day day no-solid-food. Surprisingly I havent lost as much as I would have thought. Probably need to be doing some more HIT exercising and more lifting. Fasting seems to be the only thing that works for me too. Haven't been hungry either. Get those last 13 lbs you are working on. I have a few more to get where I want to be , but I'm down 25 lbs in 28 days. This low carb and fasting seems to be working. Cheers
