And there is the whoosh. You get that on Carb Nite. Still on OMAD as it's easier to keep up with than all day fasting because you can just keep going with OMAD whereas with fasting you do have to stop at some point and eat and I'm one of those who tends to go from famine to feast and I undo my efforts. I wore my weights vest to open mike last night and felt I could have used a heavier one. Just found out this morning next week will be the last one so I'll have to think of somewhere else to walk with my vest now :-(
127.9 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
